I was told Wade now only works there infrequently and they have a new assistant Ian. Has anyone visited recently with this new setup? And if so, how did you like it? Can anyone compare to the Wade & Dr. C combo?

Hi all, i have been watching the forum for a few years (and manual PE forums before that) and having been weighing all the pros and risks decided to go for voluma injections. Voluma lasts for 18 months so I liked the idea of trying out the results from fillers without worrying about the permanent risks from PMMA. Also many of the PMMA experiences in the last 2 years here in the forum seem to be negative and i've been reading that gains diminish very soon, with some saying they went back to original size in weeks.

So today i had 15 injections of voluma (15ml). i was hoping to go from 7x5.25 to 7x6.25 but having come out of the procedure I think it will be much less. It was quick and painless with local anaesthetic but there is ALOT of bruising and its very lumpy. Apparently voluma can be massaged for 3-4 days to get rid of lumps and get the desired shape.

Being uncircumcised I really hope I don't get the donut look and also that the filler will not be detectable by moving up and down together with the skin (although unfortunately from what I can feel so far I think it will do).

I started here (5 years ago - 2/23/12)

Since then I have had 2 full rounds of PMMA (10%, 20% and two full rounds of Silikon1000). Each was about 11-15 weeks apart. On my 4^th and last round I also had 10cc’s of PMMA in the base as it was the most resistant.

So far I have no nodules or other issues. After the first round I had a free-floating nodule and 6 entry point hard spots. The hard spots, which sort of looked like whiteheads went away by the time I had my second visit.

On my second visit the free floating nodule was broken up with the cannula and more PMMA added which made it go away but raised up the area higher than the rest of my dick. I also got new entry point hard spots that also went away by my 3^rd visit.

I always stayed in Mexico longer than I needed to but it takes me about 13 hours door to door so I stay long enough for the carrier to absorb, which is usually a Tuesday appointment through Friday evening. I am very paranoid with not being able to do aftercare for 13 hours with it bunched up in my pants so soon after having it done.

The 3rd visit I just had everything covered in Silikon1000 – which has no aftercare so I was able to leave the next day. It covers a multitude of issues and especially great at leveling high and low spots. But the skin was still loose at the base from the prior surgery and there was still some unevenness.

My biggest issue was the unevenness of how the PMMA formed – high and low areas. It was not dramatic but enough to keep me from feeling like I was going to move on mentally unless I had it fixed. After the 3^rd round when I had just Silikon1000 it got much better but still was not great. Wade told me that you really need to do it twice to get it perfect so here’s hoping the 2^nd time was the fix. I also had very little fullness in the base. It actually took there as much as it did in the other areas but the skin was so badly stretched from the graft removal, it looked like it was underdeveloped.

My 4^th and last visit (Jan 31) I had a full round of the Silikon1000 and the base done with 10% PMMA and it was done with one entry point, so I am expecting a hard spot to show up in a few weeks and hopefully go away on its own.

I need to see where the PMMA settles but the Silikon1000 usually settles in a week as there is much less swelling and no bruising.

What I learned -

-Stay down there until most of the carrier is absorbed. This last time was the hardest as I am so familiar with the routine it felt like prison.

-I did the aftercare like I was instructed. Just lay in bed and watched TV and massaged it all the time. There is really nothing else to do.

I went back daily and they were great about fixing issues as they came up.

-I got the nodule the first time in the short period I was pumping so I dropped that. I also think it made my high spots higher and made things more uneven for me so I don’t do that anymore.

-Definitely consider doing 1-2 rounds of the Silikon1000 if you are not happy with the results you get. There is no aftercare and you do not need to wait a month to see what you get. It is injected into the deep dermal layer and what you see when you get off the table is what you get. It is not injected with a carrier the way PMMA, or as a large volume liquid the way Loria does it. It makes it much easier to target areas that need it.

-Flomax is over the counter in Tijuana. I get a month or 2 supply as it keeps you longer when flaccid, which I think, helps the recovery.

-Lastly, but not entirely unrelated – I got a JetBlue credit card. If you spend $2,000 in the first 3 months you get 30,000 free points, which got me 3 round-trip airfares from NY to SD for free. Between having my grafts removed, trying HA (about $8,000 worth) and Dr. C I probably spent about $20,000).

The pictures are a little premature as the base can change – it is still a little swollen there and I am actually hoping it shrinks a bit over the next 2 -4 weeks as I think I would prefer that.

Today I am at 6” by the glans (1” gain) and 6.3” at the middle and 6.75 by the base – It will probably end up at 6.5”. For the 4 visits I gained about 1.3 inches and 1” at the glans. I was never going for size over aesthetics so I am really happy with this.

First round 10% - over 20cc’s but not sure how many, they just kept on adding a little everyday I was down there. I gained .5"

Second round 20% - over 20’ccs I think and I gained .25” throughout but nothing by the glans. I would only ever do 10% if I did it over. 20% is not 20% diluted per se. It is a Y shaped syringe that mixes 10% and 30% as it hits the cannula and I am not sure how well it mixes.

3rd round just Silikon1000 – 17 syringes and gained .25” – same as I got from PMMA. They do not consider it a girth procedure but I asked Wade to be liberal with it. At the time he said the most he ever heard being gained was .25”, which is exactly what I got as well.

4^th round Silikon1000 – probably .2” gain and not sure about the base but looks like it will end up at .3"

Some areas gained a little more but I went from 7.25 “x 5” to 7.25” x (6.25” - 6.5”) it depends where you measure it. If the aesthetics work out I am done! If not I will go back one more time just to address the little things. I think if you go down for a touch up or a fix and you get another full round you just move your problems around, so I am staying with the plan.

This whole time has been a fix to correct the crazy amount of loose skin I had having the grafts removed after well over a decade of healthy growth.

Erect it looks great all the time. What I am getting used to is that with the grafts, my dick always looked the same when I took my pants off – it never turtled because it couldn’t. With PMMA if I turtle it can look odd but that has less to do with PMMA than the fact that I don’t have grafts in anymore and the collagen has to go somewhere if it shrinks.

The feel is completely natural most of the time. If it is really hot outside I feel like it can get a little softer but no big deal. I am also comparing that against my grafts which I had most of my adult life and so that is my reference point. I have had sex with 2 people who knew what I had done so it was interesting to hear what they had to say which was all positive. Since I had my 4^th round I haven’t used it but plan to this week and he also knows.

Lastly, I sill have some of the hemosiderin staining which is the darkening of the skin from surgery – the blood (iron) stains the inner lining of the skin. I have had it 3 times and it takes about 2 years to fully resolve - just in case you get it. You won’t from a cannula but a lot of guys have surgery on here. There is not much you can do to get rid of it faster but it does completely go away on its own.

Thanks to everyone. This whole experience would have been a whole lot darker without the board. Probably the secret to PB is to use it, leave something behind and then move on when you are ready. (I should take better pictures but I am sick of looking at it, measuring it, thinking about it etc.).

HD - some of this is swelling still - I suspect when it goes down I will be really happy.

Hi there!

Why do irregularities happen?
I guess one thing is the doctor don’t spreading the pmma perfectly at the procedure?

And what could be another reason?
I guess when you are awake there is not a big problem - of course don't wear tight trousers or something like that.

I guess the only other danger is sleep, isn’t it?
It’s like 8 hours where you turn around in sleep and have the penis in weird positions and lie on it or something.
Also erections in the middle of the night in weird angles also probably dangerous.

Do you think that is the case?

So what to do?
- Wake up every hour to check on penis, look if anything got wrong and try to massage-correct it?

- Sleep in a hammock where you make a whole in it to let your penis fall through

- Somehow fix a bucket on top of your crotch area, so you cannot turn on your tummy while you sleep

- Is there also pmma on the underside of the penis? An all-day-stretcher towards tummy should hold penis pretty steady upwards and not get in any weird position? (I guess you shall be used to wearing an all day stretcher in the night problemfree already)

[- Train yourself to sleep on the back months before you do pmma? I am a tummy sleeper since the last 25 years I guess.. and a bad sleeper in general.. this will be a hard week

What did you do?

Also:
When I hold my penis elongated just very slightly upwards towards tummy (with penis extender thingi that allows that) in the first 72 hours – would the collagen and stuff form more ‘towards’ this shape, basically encouraging the upwards shape?
I would like to encourage the upward shape, to encourage a bit easier erections.

Phew boy. I've been lurking this site for about two years, always wanted to be bigger but never sure of what course to take. I've tried stretchers and jelqing, but I'm just too busy juggling everything to keep up with something for more than a month tops. I finally made the decision to have a PMMA procedure, and since I don't have the time to take a vacation to Mexico, I went with Dr. Heller. His Manhattan office is very close to where I work. It's been 2 weeks to the day, and I'm worried and upset with the results.

Starting in, I am 6.5 bpel, 5.25 eg midshaft. I want my girth at 6.

Dr. Heller was very nice, almost nonchalant about the procedure. He stated that he can inject 5cc of Bellafill for $3500. Explained that it isn't a perfect procedure (very hard to get perfect symmetry, etc.) But there will be permanent gains, and that most irregularities will smooth out after about 2 months post-op.

To start, Dr. Heller did not mix the syringes in front of me. Not sure if that's an issue, but there it is. He uses needles, not a cannula, so there was some definite bruising and soreness for about a week. The local anesthesia worked, and other than a pinch now and then, and the odd feeling of having stuff injected into your pecker, was painless. After wards, my penis looked very swollen, but good.

I asked him what I need to do now. He didn't wrap it, didn't suggest a stretcher, or anything. A direct quote about wrapping "I don't believe in all that." His advice was to gently massage out any lumps that begin to form and not "use it for a week."

So after a drive home, I laid in bed and let it drape between my legs and spent the next day like that as well. Then I went about my business as usual.

At about 5 days, I noticed a lump on my right side at the circ line, like someone had implanted a piece of macaroni under my skin. I massaged it as best I could, but it didn't go away. Plus I was still swollen and sore from the procedure. At one week I had sex with my girlfriend. She really enjoyed the increase in girth, so that's a plus.

Now at 2 weeks, most of the swelling has gone down, and I am very upset with what I am seeing. Flaccid it looks fine, but erect there are alot of lumps. The lump on my right C scar is bigger, and a lump has formed below it, making a valley between them. A lump on the center top has formed, as well as one one the lower left side. There are slight dips all over my penis, and the PMMA seems to only be on the upper 3/4ths of the shaft. and It looks more like a knurled club than a penis (to me, anyway.) I attached some photos.

I went back to Dr. Heller today (tried to go earlier, but both he and I are busy) and when he looked at it he told me not to worry with a smile. He said that in a month or so most of the lumpiness will smooth out, and that I should gently massage and lumps I do have. I showed him the photos of my erection and he still said the same thing.

So am I being paranoid? Is there anything I should do? I followed the Dr.'s advice and this is my result. Should I continue to follow it and just massage gently and chill the hell out? My Girlfriend doesn't really want to have sex with me at this point, she's freaked out at the lumps.

I have read threads about HA, silicon, PMMA filers for penile glan and even seen doctors marketing materials.

I'm wondering why no one is doing fat trasfer to glan? Conceptually it's same like any artificial fillers such as HA right? Why it's not done by doctors across the globe?

I'm fine to inject my own fat into penis head even through its not stable and absorbable by body. Even HAVE can stay only for an year or two..

Has anyone approached doctors for this procedure. Please share your experience. If otherwise, please include this question in your "To be clarified" list and keep everyone posted with useful information.

So I finally took the big jump and I'm now about 5 hours post operation writing this at the Prague airport Cafe waiting my flight back to home (Finland) which leaves in two hours.

Some of you may know that I've been planning, investigating and contemplating what to do for a little bit over a year now. I kinda knew I'd do this at some point but had to do the proper reading & homework before going in. I just needed to be sure and get my mindset right.

Also my gf's attitude towards this whole thing has been 'overly neurotic'. We have argued a lot about this..

For months she didn't even want to listen to me if I wanted to talk about this. She didn't want to read or hear anything about PMMA and she was 100% convinced that this forum must be a scam and none of these journals here are true. Rigged system and the doctors who do PMMA penile enhancement are writing all of these journals just to get more patients. It's very hard to have a conversation from that basis...

After a year of arguing and getting the hard time from her I kinda forced her to have the neccessary conversation when I booked my flights and told her that I am going to do this. This is for ME and I can do it with or without you. Then she finally started to open up for a conversation. I explained her everything I know about the PMMA. About the concentrates (10% vs. 30%), what to expect, about the after-care etc. etc. and finally got some understanding and support.

I'd call myself a realist and I won't expect that the end result is going to be 100% perfect. I know this and I am more after the size increase than absolutely perfect looks and feel. Still wanted to play it the "safe way" and chose 10% concentrate.

Most likely I am doing every round with 10%. I am happy if I'll get more girth in general. No need to fixate on a specific numberic value or have a goal. Just get what you can and do it safest possible way.

I have always got the length (some would say plenty of it) but I was not as blessed with the girth department.

My stats pre-PMMA

BPEL: 19.5 - 20cm = 7.75 to 8.0 inches

MEG: 11.5 - 12cm = 4.5 to 4.7 inches

Always felt that my dick looked like a pencil and I've been ashamed of it since my teens. Long and very thin especially with that length.

I am considering it a big win if round 1 gives me 0.3 inches of more girth. I'll take what I can get

Why is PMMA Metacrill or Linnea Safe is not FDA-approved in the USA? How would someone get it to be approved? And also, is it illegal for a physician to use PMMA Linnea Safe or Metacrill for girth enhancement in the USA (considering that it's not FDA-approved)?

while there is lot of swelling,
you 'sometimes' use the roller?

And you do left side of penis, and top side, and right side?

Should it be done in the ~2 hours after procedure where there is no swelling yet?

Is this perhaps a good roller?
(It's a litter roller that is for removing hairs from furniture and suits)
